Mrs. Beth Davidson

Beth Davidson was raised in Delaware and has lived and taught in Sussex County for more than twenty years. During that time, Beth has taught in all types of settings, including public schools, private schools and Christian schools. Beth also served as director and teacher for the Headstart program for over twelve years. During those years, Beth started a pilot program in the public schools transitioning children from prekindergarten to Kindergarten. She has worked at Little Ones School as a teacher for five years and is currently the director of the school.

Beth graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelors Degree and is currently in the masters program there concentrating on Special Education. Upon completion of the program, Beth will be dual certified in both Special Education as well as Elementary Education. She has earned An Early Childhood Administrator Speciality Certificate from the Department of Education. She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children --Delaware Chapter as well as serving as a community liason for the Headstart Program. Beth has enjoyed over two decades in the classroom and hopes to pass on her love of learning and varied experiences into the classroom each day.

Mrs. Jenn Marchetti

"Hi! My name is Jennifer Marchetti. I come from a large Christian family. I left high school in my senior year to attend Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA. Then I worked in management in various outlet stores and restaurants in Delaware. After getting married, I decided to go back to college to get my associates degree in Business. While attending Delaware Technical and Community College, I tutored several students, including those with disabilities, in a variety of subjects. I found Little Ones Lutheran School for my son, who is now five, and I have been substituting for almost three years. I have also helped out the past two summers with summer camp. I am now enrolling in classes for Early Childhood Education. I feel very happy and blessed that my life path has led me here to Little Ones Lutheran School, and I am looking forward to all we can accomplish together!"
